DMG INJECTION

Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a natural nutrient, and is described as a healthy food factor, or anti-stress nutrient. DMG enhances the metabolism, reduces the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles and improves the endurance of the performance horse. Increase glycogen, creatine phosphate, phospholipid and total fat content in the heart and skeletal muscle. DMG increases the body’s tolerance to hypoxia, increases tissue oxygen uptake, improves blood circulation, and reduces lactic acid production during exercise. Physical strength and endurance are increased by the increase in oxygen utilization and decreased accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles, thereby increasing endurance through the influence of glycogen.
