In the treatment of arthritis that manifests itself with intense pain and muscle injuries that occur in horses subjected to intense work (racing, jumping, charrería and polo). BUTA-FENIL ORAL POWDER is indicated to treat arthritis, injuries of the locomotor system and spine (paralysis by compression of the nerve endings, at the level of the intervertebral discs), also in blows and inflammations that, due to pain, alter behavior and the movement pattern in the affected animal.

BUTA-FENIL ORAL POWDER can be used to treat acute laminitis, spondylitis, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, acute tendosynovitis, capsulitis, bursitis and rheumatism, reducing pain and inflammation of the tissues, as well as fever in viral infections.

The active substances in this product are two non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as phenylbutazone, which is a pyrazolonic derivative, and sodium salicylate, with which a high analgesic potency is obtained, its mechanism of action is as an inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis. It is indicated in the treatment against joint pain, as well as those caused by muscle injuries. When applied, it allows the horse to develop its maximum performance either in training or during sports competitions: racing, jumping, charrería, polo, etc. The two active substances of this product reach congested or inflamed tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, synovial capsules, or muscles, and they have a powerful analgesic, sedative, antirheumatic and antipyretic action.
